About these terms

These terms cover the product website and public demo. They do not replace a customer, onboarding or data-processing agreement for live use of TheraPi CRM.

The demo is an evaluation environment

The demo contains synthetic data, resets regularly and may change without notice. Features that send email, SMS or external booking events are disabled or captured internally. It must not be used as a medical record, client register or production system.

Acceptable use

• Try normal workflows to evaluate the product.
• Do not enter real personal, contact, health or payment information.
• Do not bypass permissions, disrupt the service, mass-create records or try to access other systems.
• Do not share access to automate load or map the service.

Product information

We aim to keep descriptions and the demo accurate. Final functionality, configuration, integrations, service levels and price are always set out in a written quote and customer agreement. TheraPi records payment methods but is not itself a card or Swish payment processor.

Intellectual property

Software, design, copy and trade marks belong to TheraPi or their respective rights holders. Evaluating the demo does not grant a right to copy, resell or create a competing service from the material.

Availability and liability

The demo is provided for evaluation and may be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions based only on demo or marketing information. Mandatory rights are unaffected.
